Welcome to RideShare. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using RideShare, you agree to these terms.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
2. Ride Conduct
Drivers and passengers agree to treat one another with respect, follow local laws, and adhere to any company-specific rules. Unsafe or abusive behaviour may lead to account suspension.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
When you book a ride, you commit to joining it at the scheduled time. Cancellations close to departure may incur fees. Drivers who cancel frequently may lose access to offer rides.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through your in-app wallet. Fees, subsidies, and refunds are handled according to your companys policy and the refund rules shown at the time of booking.
5. Content and Communication
Any content you share, including messages and reviews, must be accurate and respectful. We may remove content that violates these standards.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. You may stop using RideShare at any time by signing out and requesting account deletion.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated in-app before taking effect.
